Restocking and Returns
We gladly accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or found to be at fault by Ozark Poly or the product manufacturer. However, other returns are not automatically accepted but may still be approved in some cases with a 35% restocking charge. Approved returns are refunded at 65% of the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods.
Conditions for Returns
- Original Condition: All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Missing or Damaged Packaging: Additional charges may apply if packaging is missing or damaged.
- Assembled or Modified Items: We cannot accept returns for products that have been assembled or modified in any way.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before the items ship for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, it may be eligible for return, subject to a 35% restocking charge. Returned shipped items will be refunded at 65% of the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods.
Refund Process
Refunds for returned items will be processed after the products have been received and inspected by our team. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
