Shipping Overview

At Ozark Poly, we strive to deliver your furniture in a timely and efficient manner. We currently ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks, with expedited shipping options available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer competitive rates for all our products.

Processing and Delivery Time

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment. Expedited options may be available for an additional charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We also do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@ozarkpoly.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Restocking and Returns

We gladly accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or found to be at fault by Ozark Poly or the product manufacturer. However, other returns are not automatically accepted but may still be approved in some cases with a 35% restocking charge. Approved returns are refunded at 65% of the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods. Return window is 60 days upon receipt of the package and will return using mail and return label is customer’s responsibility. Refund processing time is 30-60days.

Conditions for Returns

• Original Condition: All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Missing or Damaged Packaging: Additional charges may apply if packaging is missing or damaged.
• Assembled or Modified Items: We do not accept returns for products that have been assembled.
